Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Lumestra ships internationally and your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. Lumestra has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
Lumestra is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, adverse weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at k17chana@icloud.com and we will investigate on your behalf.If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, Lumestra will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
Incorrect Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. Lumestra cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at k17chana@icloud.com — we will do our best to amend the address before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Failed Deliveries & Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt, an incorrect address, or failure to collect from a depot, the customer will be responsible for any re-delivery costs. Lumestra reserves the right to deduct original shipping costs from any refund issued in such circumstances.
